Pilates and Fitness Classes

Class TIMETABLE (June/July 09)

Mondays

10 - 11am Pilates Class @ Silver Dragons Martial Arts Studio, Unit 21, Station Approach, HOCKLEY.

7.15 - 8.15pm Legs Bums & Tums Class @ Greensward Academy, Greensward Lane, HOCKLEY, Essex.

8.15 -9.15pm Pilates Class @ Greensward Academy, Address as above.

Tuesdays

10-11am Pilates Class @ Silver Dragons, address as above.

Classes suitable for all ages and abilities and are £5.00 pay as you go.

Rachel is a fully qualified and insured instructor in Fitness and Pilates.

Class Descriptions: 

Pilates Classes are a safe non impact exercise class working core muscles of the abdomen, back and buttocks consisting of standing work sometimes with the use of resistance bands (optional) and also floorwork on the mats, variations are given of each movement for all abilities. Pilates will help improve posture, develop strength, balance and flexibility.

Legs Bums and Tums classes include a low impact aerobic warm up, then we target the areas of the Legs buttock and abs with the use of light handweights and floorwork, to tone strengthen and condition the body.
