Mondays (Except Bank Holidays)
10-11 am ~ Pilates at St Peters Church, Eastbourne Grove, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 0QF.
11.30-12.30 ~ Pilates at Silver Dragons, Unit 21 Foundry Business Park, Station Approach, Hockley
7.30-8.30pm ~ Pilates at St Peters Church Eastbourne Grove. Westcliff
Tuesdays
10-11 am ~ Pilates at St Margarets, Lime Avenue, Leigh-on-Sea, SS9 3PA
Wednesdays

Class Descriptions:
Pilates Classes are a safe non impact exercise class working core muscles of the abdomen, back and buttocks consisting of standing work and also floorwork on the mats, variations are given of each movement for all abilities. Pilates will help improve posture, develop strength, balance and flexibility.
Total Body Workout This is a varied class, to help tone, strengthen and condition the body as well as an ultimate fatburner. A combination of Aerobics, Conditioning, Pilates & Stretch. We use handweights, resistance bands, sometimes we do interval style training, the class changes each week to get the most out of your workouts. Please wear suitable trainers for this class.
Pilates with Mini Soft Ball This is a small, non weighted soft ball, which adds challenge and variety to Pilates exercises
No booking required, just turn up.
