RS Fitness

Pilates for Fitness is a group exercise programme to improve posture, strength balance and stability of a healthy adult.  It is based upon the teachings of Joseph Pilates and effective exercise adaptation.  It is not a specialist programme and is not recommended for clients with severe postural or joint problems.  Subject to approval, clients with severe problems would be recommended on a one to one programme.

I also teach aerobic toning classes and personal training.

Pilates Classes, Aerobic toning classes as listed below.  Personal Training one to one is available on request, please email info@rsfitness.co.uk 

Classes are as follows:

Mondays During school holidays Monday Classes as normal except NO classes on 18th and 25th August only.

Pilates Matwork  -  10 - 11am.

Silver Dragons, Unit 21, Station Approach, Hockley, Essex.

Legs Bums & Tums  -  7.15 - 8.15pm @ Greensward.

Pilates Matwork  - 8.15 - 9.15pm @ Greensward.

Greensward Fitness Centre, Greensward Lane, Hockley, Essex. (Both Legs, Bums & Tums and Pilates evening class are held here)

Tuesdays Please note that there are NO TUESDAY classes until Tues 9th September (School Holidays)

Pilates Matwork  -  9.30 - 10.30am.

Silver Dragons, Unit 21, Station Approach, Hockley, Essex.

 

Classes are £5.00, other than the Legs, Bums & Tums which is £4.00.

Mats are provided, but if you would perfer to bring your own thats fine, please bring a towel aswell.  If classes are not for you then maybe you should consider personal training one to one or small groups, please contact me for more info.
