Pilates and Fitness Classes TIMETABLE
Mondays (Except Bank Holidays)

10 - 11am Pilates Class @ Silver Dragons Martial Arts Studio, Unit 21, Station Approach, HOCKLEY.
7.15 - 8.15pm Legs Bums & Tums Class @ Greensward Academy, Greensward Lane, HOCKLEY, Essex.
8.15 -9.15pm Pilates Class @ Greensward Academy, Address as above.
Wednesdays (No Classes whole of August, back to normal from 8th Sept, but you will need to book, please contact me.)
7.30 - 8.30pm SalsaTone @ Greensward Academy. (See below for class description.)
Classes suitable for all ages and abilities and are £5.00 pay as you go, excluding SalsaTone which is £16 for 4 weeks book and pay in advance from September. For Personal Training please contact me.
Please bring your own mat & water to classes and wear suitable trainers.

Class Descriptions:
Pilates Classes are a safe non impact exercise class working core muscles of the abdomen, back and buttocks consisting of standing work sometimes with the use of resistance bands (optional) and also floorwork on the mats, variations are given of each movement for all abilities. Pilates will help improve posture, develop strength, balance and flexibility.
Legs Bums and Tums classes include a low impact aerobic warm up, then we target the areas of the Legs buttock and abs with the use of light handweights and floorwork, to tone strengthen and condition the body.
New SalsaTone classes are brand new, first half is a salsa/latin style aerobic routine and the second half is Pilates, suitable for all ages and abilities. The salsa routines are built up over a period of 4 weeks so don't miss out. PLEASE BOOK THIS CLASS FROM SEPT.
